House was perfect for our needs for a weekend wedding in the area. Outdoor space was very enjoyable and relaxing. Everyone slept well and remarked the beds were very comfortable. Josh was very responsive and friendly. He even went above and beyond for some items we accidently left at the house after checkout. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!

Great space and big property. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and easy to acess. Will book again if I'm in town.

Amy was an excellent host. She had the place fully stocked with little snacks, coffee pods, shampoo/soap, hair dryer, even poop bags for our pups. We loved the little things she provided like charging cords, extra towels, blankets and the beds & linens were really comfy. The house is walkable to Waxhaw Downtown Park where we took the kids to play. We were also able to walk to downtown restaurants for brunch. The house is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and a huge plus it’s pet friendly. We were in town for a graduation and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

Mary went above and beyond to make us feel at ease staying at her house. She was thoughtful, kind, accommodating and very responsive. We were in Charlotte for our grandson's graduation from high school. Her home is beautiful and peaceful. We were truly blessed!

We were a party of 4+ a seven month old baby boy. We were attending the PGA championship. We were conveniently located to so many things. Tamara was so accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

This past weekend, my husband and I, brought our family and kids down from NY to visit. Not only was the house amazing and suited everyone perfectly for our activities, but Michelle and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. From the pool, to the views outdoors, we even saw a family of deer hanging around on the property and the kids loved it, the house was breath taking and so much to do. We will absolutely book here in the future and recommend this property to all future renters.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Great place! Very friendly and responsive team that made everything so easy. The apartment was just what we needed and the neighborhood had everything we needed within walking distance.

I’ve stayed at Malik’s place a few time now. Can’t be the location and what the place has to offer. Very rare to find a 2 bed 2 bath rental on Airbnb when I travel. Would stay again for many years to come.

I wish this was my house! The moment we walked in the front door it felt like our house. Everything was clean, laid out well, even all the little nooks and crannies that some airbnbs miss when they clean were clean. For our kids, the pool was perfect, the backyard and play room kept them busy for hours. Location was great for access to Target and a grocery store, as well as quick and easy for food delivery from a bunch of restaurants. Other random things: all the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (we made breakfast and lunch most everyday) , and the screen room was great for mid day relaxing. If I ever come to Charlotte again with my family, we would for sure stay here again, as well as recommend it to anyone we know how might be coming to the area.

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

Booked the farm for a nice place to stay while in town for a wedding weekend and it surpassed expectations. The whole weekend we could not stop talking about how we need to make another trip back (we're from CT) just to stay here. The pictures are accurate but don't truly do it justice on how beautiful it is and the vibe it has. Everything is updated, the kitchen, bathrooms, furniture. Breakfast and board games at the dining room table was our favorite part. Brian was a great host and very accommodating. He was very quick to respond and was informative. I couldn't recommend the place more and am happy my friends and I got to be the first ones to stay here. The swing chairs over the lake are so relaxing and being able to walk around to see cows on a neighboring farm was the icing on the cake. Couldn't recommend the place enough and look forward to hopefully being back here in the future!

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Loved staying here. Having the little patios in front and back were great. Grill worked great Love the location. The neighbors upstairs were a bit loud but nothing too bad.

Very comfortable home in an older, safe neighborhood. We stayed with our two children and felt right at home. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make a meal (basic seasonings, oil, coffee, soap). The laundry was great, new machines, supplies available. It was the perfect spot for us to stay for the week.
