Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Unawatuna Beach

We ( a Family of 4) loved to stay at the windy villa. Nice view to the Nature especially the monkeys and birds. It was the cleanest Appartement in whole Sri Lanka. Dilukshi always answered very fast and helpful. Her breakfast is very dellicous. All the best!

Chathura’s place is very close to the beach around 8 mnts walking from turtle beach , the famous Hikkaduwa beach is also within walking proximity . The AC can keep you cool in summer & they have kitchen along with basic equipment’s as well . Size of room is decent enough . Free Washing machine is a big plus point , they provide detergent as well. Now the Host Chathura is an amazing fellow , He is a great host with super supportive nature , he greets us with cinnamon Tea & provide all necessary information about the vicinity. He also gave 5% discount for the Water Jars . The biggest Pros I would say is His smile & helping nature as a host . I would definitely recommend him with blind 👁️.

The place is just as described. Muhammed will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Almost has everything for a perfect Airbnb.

The house was spacious and the garden was perfect for outside breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and train station. The communication with Suren and his family was very good, they are lovely people living just beside the house and ready to help us whenever we needed it! For the price it’s a bargain, we definitely recommend :)

Dilan is really a great host. He helped us a lot even before arriving and responded to any questions we had. Very helpful, he arranged our transfers and motorbikes and helped us with everything, even brought us food. The villa was incredibly nice and clean, we love our stay in his place, we felt like home the entire time and I recommend it! ❤️

Very clean place. Bfast was also good. Located across small beach and next to good restaurants. The bedrooms r downstairs and kitchen/living area upstairs which are connected by stairs from outside. Was a good spot to explore the Mirissa area from.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The other workers were also always there to help, smiling and kept the grounds pristine and beautiful. Everything was clean, even the linens smelled so fresh. The pool is amazing and private, with the villa itself situated in a wonderful little beach town. The price is steep for Sri Lanka but I can’t find any other complaints. They have food and drinks available for purchase, and the welcome drinks were so delicious. I would return because of the hospitality and the beauty of the property.

It felt like becoming part of a warm, welcoming family. We were touched by the smiles of their adorable children and the thoughtful local dishes the hosts shared with us. The space looked exactly like the photos—beautiful and cozy, just like home. The location was perfect, very close to the city center. They even helped us with transportation, making our transition to the next destination smooth and stress free. This wasn’t just a stay it became a heartfelt memory. Thank you, truly.

Ruwan is an extremely kind person who is very keen to ensure that you do not miss anything. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean. There was a fridge full of free water. Breakfast times were by arrangement, which we found very pleasant. Breakfast could have varied a bit more (it was the same every day). Ruwan organized transportation for us to the next accommodation at the Uber price. And the driver was very nice too. We took a trip to the turtles and to Galle together with Ruwan, which I had honestly imagined a little differently. I thought he was something like a tour guide who would also give us information, but he just drove us. I found the price to be a bit too high for that. But it was still very nice and a good idea. We do not regret spending 4 nights with Ruwan and can recommend it with a clear conscience. I'd love to go there again.

The villa matches the description exactly. The owner of the villa and his family are incredibly helpful and polite people. We are glad that we stopped with them. Our stay was completed with all amenities and comfort.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It is located on the second floor and has a private entrance. The host was very responsive and provided a blender, a computer desk, and even a scooter. The location is convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach and 15-20 minutes to a store, cafés, and a small fruit market for locals. Lakshan was always available, and when the water heater broke, it was repaired very quickly. As is common in Sri Lanka, ants may appear, so they need to be dealt with using repellents. I am very satisfied with my stay. The host was truly attentive and always helped me with any questions I had.

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

Our stay at Pramod's place with my family was fantastic! He is truly an incredible host, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. His kindness and generosity exceeded all expectations, from assisting with our late check-in due to a delayed flight to helping us organize various trips around the area. The apartment is fantastic, always clean and located in a convenient area for any interest. I highly recommend staying with him so an unique experience !

We absolutely loved Amila and Hannahs apartments. So peaceful - a place to really unwind and away from the hustle and bustle of hikkiduwa. We spent our evenings on our private balcony listening to nature. Hannah was so responsive in the lead up to the stay and Amila made sure that we had everything we needed when checking in. Amila also sorted us a scooter and even had snorkels we could borrow to swim with turtles. The place is truly one of a kind , we couldn’t recommend it enough

Superb place for basing yourself whilst visiting Unawatuna, situated in a great location just on the outskirts of Unawatuna. I found Lotus Bloom excellent for facilities which are required for a short stay or long stay. The neighbourhood is situated in a peaceful residential superb. I found all communications with Numan first class and was always very quick to respond to any queries. I would also like to mention Shalika the caretaker who was always very responsive to my needs in a positive manner. I would defiently recommend Lotus Bloom if your thinking of visiting Unawatuna you will not be disappointed.

Great little oasis in Weligama, Ananda and his wife Malika were very hospitable. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities one could need, including washing machine, bicycle, cooking utensils, and even hot water in the shower. They also have a small convenience store attached to their home so anything you need is easily available. And especially enjoyed the breakfasts they kindly made for me during my short stay. Would have loved to stay longer if I had more time, hope to be back soon!

I stayed in the guest cottage on a lovely private (gated) property full of jungly trees, birds, and monkeys! Eva has built a paradise. It was wonderful to walk down to yoga a few times. Overall it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet (except for all the bird chatter, but that was lovely). Also the staff are so lovely and helpful and smiling. Just a reminder that there's no AC, and you are in the jungle so be obsessively clean in the kitchen (hello ants) and don't let the little lizards scare you. I named one Fred. :). If the wifi doesn't work, just find the wifi repeater and ensure it's plugged in, and ta da, the signal perks right up. Highly recommend.

Don is an exceptional host, responsive and available at any time, the house is a jewel, large, clean and equipped, private patio with a very pleasant mini pool in the hottest hours, very quiet location out of the chaos but a 5 10-minute walk from the two nearby beaches (the least crowded in the area, including jungle beach surf spots). With a scooter (which I highly recommend) you can reach all the midigama and ahanghama spots in a few minutes and in 10 minutes you can reach weligama. The other pool is shared with other BnBs and you have to go through the private garden of the house next door, but it is a great place to relax and the few times we used it there was no one. Absolutely recommended

navigator directs on the other hand, our taxi driver got lost at first. Having a car , the location is good. Appartements are large, all appliances work. Housekeeping once a week Host is always available

Mathilda's place is lovely. We had a great 9 days in this beautiful apartment. She has everything you need. Great location, great views, just a great apartment. Should we ever go to Mirissa again, we would definitely book Mathilda's apartment again. Thank you for this great time!

I went to Bihara's place with my family and in-laws, and everyone loved it so much. The surroundings of the property and the property itself is full of greenery and peaceful. In fact, even before reaching, Bihara was always responsive and helped with all the queries I had. His family is also lovely, and helped us with every single thing we had a query about. The breakfast was great, timely, and felt very homely. I strongly recommend his place, especially if you have large groups as we had an entire floor to ourselves. And the hosts, his entire family that is, are really lovely folks!
