Despite our quick stay (one night) the place met all Expectations we had, beautiful place, cozy, view of the path of Moses, which is almost in front, very quiet and complete, great to come with the family, our check-in was for 3:00 p.m., although when we arrived the house was being completed cleaning this did not disturb at all, our very helpful host offered us checkout for later, which would be 10:00 a.m. became 3:00 p.m. which gave us support to enjoy the morning before our return, we are very happy and grateful.

It was all very good, the host Mr. Elias Patrick was very kind and helpful. He responded to everything very quickly, the house is exactly as it is in the photos, everything is very clean and impeccable. HOWEVER… THE HOUSE IS ADJOINED TO THE HOUSE OF A POLICEMAN WHO CAUSED A LOT OF PANIC AND FEAR TO ME AND MY FAMILY. THE POLICEMAN THREATENED MY FAMILY, ALMOST KNOCKED DOWN THE GATE OF THE HOUSE, HE HAD NO MANNERS, HE THREATENED SAYING HE WAS DIRECTOR OF THE PRISON AMONG OTHER THINGS. IT WAS 2:30 IN THE MORNING AND WE WERE PLAYING DOMINOES AND LISTENING TO LULU SANTOS AND FERNANDO MENDES. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AT THAT TIME MY FAMILY AND I WERE MAKING NOISE AND THERE IS A LAW OF SILENCE. BUT THERE WERE SEVERAL WAYS TO ASK TO TURN DOWN THE SOUND, WHICH WAS A SMALL SOUND. IT WAS MORE THE NOISE OF THE DOMINO TILES AND WE WERE LAUGHING AS IT IS NORMAL IN ANY DOMINO GAME. HE PUT HIS FINGER IN MY HUSBAND'S FACE AND THANK GOD. MY HUSBAND IS VERY CALM. Anyway... Whoever goes there and reads this comment... DO NOT MAKE ANY NOISE AFTER 10 p.m. because the POLICE will come

We went as a family, a total of 9 people between adults and children/teens and the house served everyone very well! Very clean house, everything is very tasteful. Excellent location, with the balcony deck facing the sea, with bars, restaurants and Beach club practically next to the house. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Mr. Marcelo and Quezia always responded promptly and were very kind. We recommend to everyone to go to Maragogi. Everyone in the family was delighted with the house and we will return whenever possible!

The communication with André since the beginning was very good, super polite, including mine of the stay contacted me to know that we were in need of something,he answered all the doubts, even indicated to me supermarkets and locations in the locality, the flat is super new, like the photos, complete of everything, absurdly clean and even comfortable for children. Super recommend and intend to go back but times.

Juliane is an excellent host! Flexible and very polite. It takes care of everything to make the guest feel at home, it can be seen in all the details of the accommodation. It was a great satisfaction to stay at her place. The apartment is perfect! The photos and information match the listing exactly. It was me, my wife and our daughter and we felt at home. I highly recommend it!!!

We love staying at Mr. Severino, very clean home and bathrooms, top air conditioning, perfect pool (large and clean) garage with remote control, kitchenware, good fridge! And the shops all close by (beach, bars, restaurants, big markets) And it is very close to the beaches of Maragogi, but the beach near the house is also very good! Mr. Severino a person 10, very friendly, was flexible at check in, we will definitely be back! Amamos from start to finish.....

I would come back every time, the house next door surrounded by palm trees is a paradise. You can really enjoy the outdoor space to spend time and share. The house is beautiful and super-equipped, with things for both the kitchen and the beach. Flavia was super attentive and sent us a lot of useful information! Very grateful and we will certainly come back!

What an amazing experience! We really liked the house, it was extremely cozy. Raphael, his mother and the boy who takes care of the house were super attentive, always available to answer our questions. The location is very good, in front of the beach and close to everything. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. I highly recommend the accommodation and we plan to return soon.

Casa Coroa Grande is a real jewel next to the beach that combines comfort, style and impeccable hospitality. With a huge built-up area, the house offers five spacious bedrooms, each more beautiful than the other, equipped with double box beds, single and even bunks, accommodating up to 16 people in total comfort. The modern and at the same time rustic and praiana decoration has a welcoming atmosphere. In addition we made a top barbecue in the barbecue area and balcony. The kitchen is complete, has Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to various streaming apps, fridge and freezer, ensuring practicality and convenience during the stay. The large backyard, adorned with garden and a swimming pool, provided a quiet and safe environment where it was possible to swim and play! Host Filipe stands out for attention and dedication, providing a unique experience!! Were moments of leisure and also of praise and worship of God that we spent with friends in the beautiful Great Crown House!
