Well-located, organized house with new and clean furniture. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the hostess was very cordial. He helped us by recommending places when asked. The stay was peaceful and without any setbacks.

Excellent local, I highly recommend, well located, close to the main beaches, easy access to bakeries, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very solicited and kind at all times. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, the employees are super gentle, and the residents too.

The building fully met the expectations, faithfully corresponding to the images and description presented. In addition, the host demonstrated excellent receptivity, responding quickly, cordial and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The location is the same as the listing and met our needs and expectations. David and Iasmine were great at hosting and supporting us during our stay. The space was well equipped and we were able to cook and serve ourselves on site quietly for the whole family, 24 people in total. The pool was great, we enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend the place, it's very private and each couple has their privacy as well. On-site support was provided by the caretaker who lives next door, he gave full support and helped us with everything we needed there during the stay.

One of the best I've ever stayed in, everything very clean, organized and with the most important household utensils. The sofa calls for a movie popcorn moment and the outdoor area is the plus, great for breakfast. I could easily live there lol

The Apto da Joane is a place that will be marked forever. My wife, me and the twins of 1 year and 6 months were delighted by what we saw and felt in these 6 days. The place is perfect, super well organized, clean, with everything we needed to have days of tranquility and joy. The view and the proximity to the beach was the key point, if we wanted to take a sea bath we had to walk for “long” 2 minutes, no runway, traffic, nothing ahead. We share a full moon of the most incredible. Joane is super attentive and dear, anticipated our check in and always asking how things were going and if we needed anything. We highly recommend this site and we will return for sure. Thank you Joane!

Our 34-day stay was perfect! My husband and I, for medical reasons, stayed with Terumi again. Beautiful and quiet apartment. Everything tidy and clean. We didn't miss anything, as the space offers appliances, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and excellent quality tableware. All very well taken care of! Our GRATITUDE goes to the hostess who was always attentive and present to our requests, which were always met with extreme speed and affection. The condominium also offers a calm, wooded, organized and safe space for walking, relaxing and parking the car.

Flawless apartment and condominium, leisure area, swimming pool are amazing, beach with good and cheap kiosk next door, a market that has everything, EVERYTHING! and with excellent prices, whoever stays at Lucas' apartment just packs their bags and goes... there you can buy drinks, food, meat, even car parts lol anyway, I highly recommend it and today it's the top 1 Airbnb I've stayed at!

I really enjoyed staying at the Ap de Regi and Kaly. The location is excellent, close to the market and the beach huts. O ap corresponds to the announced, the condominium is safe and organized mto.
