Farmstay vacation rentals in Ulster

We had a great few days. The cottage was just as described and felt very homely. Jim was really proactive and great with communication. He offered some great tips for the local area. The surroundings were beautiful and there was plenty to do. The kids loved that there were some toys provided!

This is my second time staying and I can’t wait to come back! Nan is a great host and the surroundings are gorgeous!!

A lovely cottage set in a beautiful little valley, surrounded by fields and animals - exactly what we were looking for!

Margaret's place was absolutely wonderful! The pictures and descriptions were accurate,but staying there still exceeded our hopes. It was tranquil and peaceful,yet there much to see and do. John and Margaret were tremendously helpful with answers and advice. The people of Northern Ireland are very friendly. The natural beauty is awesome. We are so thankful to have visited Northern Ireland, and extremely grateful to have stayed at Margaret's seaside cottage. We had a dream vacation!

The farm house is spectacular - spacious, beautiful and with breathtaking views of the surroundings. Peter was extremely nice and even showed our daughter baby cows and explained to us the history of the space. Yet the absolute number one is his dog, always walking around with us through the fields and showing us the best places :))

Had a wonderful stay at the house . Absolutely loved it.. Alice and Richard was so good to us they allowed us for late check out . Overall a great experience.. Definitely recommend this house

This is the third time we have stayed here and it is a beautiful place with stunning surroundings. Ann is great and really helps our team when they arrive ahead of our event in Newry up until we leave. We couldn't recommend this home more.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The house is great with lots of space, a homely feel and outstanding views. The welcome we received was amazing, with a beautiful hamper for us, the hosts really went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family, you really couldn't want for anything more for a lovely relaxing break away.

“Caitriona’s BnB is an absolute gem! Nestled on a beautiful private farm with a peaceful babbling brook, it’s the perfect retreat. The pizza oven was a fun touch, and the hot tub was always warm and ready to enjoy. It’s an ideal spot to unwind with a good book, surrounded by nature. Caitriona provided fantastic hiking and sightseeing recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. We truly didn’t want to leave—already looking forward to coming back!”

Shepards hut is the perfect get away! Has the home away from home feel, very cosy. Elaine made check in so easy and communicated perfectly. Place was spotless and had Prosecco, chocolates, milk and tea left for us on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again! Thanks Elaine!

Beautiful accommodation with everything we needed. Super comfy bed and very secluded location. Hot tub was lovely and warm for us arriving and wee breakfast for the morning was a nice touch. 5 stars. Would definitely stay again . :)

Just returned from a two night stay at Amy’s cabin with my 9 year old daughter. We had a wonderful time. The cabin is exactly as described, warm and cosy with all the things you need for your stay. Amy is so welcoming and friendly. She showed us how to feed the alpacas and greedy sheep and gave my daughter a huge bucket of food for them. This was the absolute highlight of the trip for my daughter. Can’t recommend Amy’s place enough, it was fabulous. Hope to stay again sometime soon.

Fabulous stay, surroundings were stunning and it was so peaceful. Hubby and son did lots of fishing off the pontoon and Heather's dog Mable was so friendly. She was the same age as our dog so they had a ball, place was as described and Heather and Tony were fantastic hosts. We will go back!!

Found our house very easily. Was situated in a very tranquil location. Close to Dark Hedges, Ballycastle and Giants Causeway. House had everything you need, from toiletries, shampoo and conditioner. Love the fact we had snacks left for us an milk in fridge

We had pretty wet and not overly warm weather; but the accommodation more than made up for it. It’s cosy and very comfortable and you can easily while away hours looking at all the books and records and memorabilia. Especially loved the view from the lounge area. Jim was very welcoming; friendly and kind. A real gent. Top place to stay.

This was an amazing stay for my family. The children adored the place and were occupied playing outside and in the sun room. The personal touches in the space made us feel very welcome and relaxed.

A wonderfully warm and thoughtful stay. The host provided clear travel directions, quick responses, and great local tips — we had dinner at Haragaden Bros. The space was cozy with a generous breakfast and plenty of amenities provided. You can really feel the host’s care in the room’s design. Waking up to the sight of sheep was incredibly peaceful — a truly relaxing experience in the Irish countryside.

Peaceful location. Bedrooms small ( larger people would struggle to get round the beds) Quirky but nice.

Michael and Bridie’s farm cottage is just what you want in an Ireland experience. The fireplace and stove are always lit, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom large and newly done and the bedrooms sweet and so so quiet. The view is of the sheep in the field - pastoral!. Michael is truly a legend and a hero as he helped a sheep birth twin lambs and we were invited to the miracle! A true and authentic Irish Cottage!!!

Gerald’s house is exceptional, it exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a family time away. Spacious rooms, an amazing kitchen equipped with everything needed for a break away and views to die for. Also, every room was immaculate! Gerald is an extremely attentive host, the welcome basket was a lovely and much appreciated surprise! Also letting us check in early and check out a bit later was great! Thank you so much Gerald, we absolutely loved our stay and we hope we can come back in the future.

Wonderful and relaxing place, Heather was a great host, gave me clear instructions about how to check in, the place was nice and tidy, the location is was great very peaceful. We however had a small issue but it was sorted by communicating with Heather, all questions we had Heather answered them. Overall great place to relax and enjoy nature and be city free.
