The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. A cosy and unique house with 6 bedrooms and facilities, such as sauna, private jetty and fireplaces inside/outside etc. The garden with its many cosy corners and the large terrace create the setting for your unforgettable holiday and moments together.

Idylisk, charmerende bondehus/feriehus med direkte adgang til privat sandstrand og Østersøen fra baghaven, med egen trappe til stranden. Stor smuk have med legehus, trampolin og legetårn. Beliggende i landlige omgivelser i fredet område. Beboelse ca. 160 m3, stor stue, stort funktionelt køkken med spiseplads til 6-8 pers. 4 soveværelser med plads til maks 6 voksne og 2 børn. Mindre, men funktionelt badeværelse med brus. Stort bryggers. Absolut ingen fester, ingen dyr og ingen rygning indendørs.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
