This place was perfect for my 40th Birthday. It had everything I wanted: pool for the kids, fire pit for the adults to drink around, and a bbq grill for us to cook our food. It was so peaceful there. The host was very helpful starting the grill for us and the fire pit at night. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave.

It's actually wider than the picture posted, and the view is good. It is recommended for those who want to share memories in a private environment with friends and family. Kitchen utensils and tableware seasonings are also very well equipped, so it is an accommodation where everything is solved with a simple grocery store. There are restaurants and large cafes in Gangseo-gu nearby, and there is an ecological park, so it was nice to have a guaranteed schedule after checking out.

There was no private house nearby, so I was able to play comfortably without noticing. However, there was no etiquette time in the accommodation instructions, so I played until late, but one of the guys who lived in the factory complex right next door came. I was surprised because it was night.. I thought there were no people, but I think you should be careful with this part just in case. Other than that, it was good for outdoor barbecues such as torches and camping chairs, and the light bulbs were so pretty. It was really nice to play with a lot of people. I made beautiful memories!

The place was really, really clean and nice! They greet you in person even at late check-in. Thank you for your kind guidance! All the space is well maintained I was surprised that it was clean ~! I went with the baby, and I liked it. The bathtub was so clean that I had a fun time with the baby. Mountain view from the second floor in the morning was great Anyway, thank you for making good memories. I want to visit again next time if I get a chance next time!!

11 people came on a trip. There was an ocean right in front, so you could see it, and there weren't many other people around, so it was nice to be able to spend a pleasant time with 11 people. Wouldn't there be a shortage of towels because of the number of 11 people? I thought, so I brought a few towels, but they prepared towels according to the number of people, so I left towels. If I travel to Pohang again in the future, it was an accommodation I wanted to come back to. I was so satisfied that I chose this accommodation to be in the top 5 of my many choices.

I went with four people, and the accommodation was warm, the view was good, and most of all, the room was so pretty. It was the best at the end of Gamseong. Kodatsu is also the best.

This is my second visit, and I never missed my expectations! It was a place I had so many good memories last time, and it was the best again. The spacious space of about 50 pyeong in the second floor house was perfect for a family trip. The room was large and neatly maintained, and the living room was spacious, so it was really nice to sit together and talk. Especially since it was really awesome, it looked like you had a new barbecue space on the rooftop, but even in winter, it wasn't cold at all and blocked all the wind, so it was really, really nice. It was really awesome. The atmosphere was so good that it was one of the most memorable moments of this trip. We are proud to say that such a wonderful barbecue place will be hard to find anywhere else! And the gazebo in the yard was still charming! In the afternoon, we were able to have a cup of tea in the warm sun, and the kids loved having fun in the gazebo. The location was still the best. There was a convenience store within walking distance, so it was easy to buy what I needed, and there were quite a few restaurants nearby, so it was cool the next morning. After New Year's Day next month, I decided to visit again with my family ^ ^ Thank you for your kind hostess ~

The road to get there is easy and the room is spacious. It was a stay for 12 people, but it seems like 20 people are possible. There is one more outdoor toilet in front of the barbecue area, and there is also a shower facility, so I think it will be easy to use the sea in the summer. There were plenty of blankets, so it could accommodate multiple people. There were also a variety of kitchen appliances, so it was easy to eat indoors in the cold winter. I intend to◡ revisit.

My brother wanted to enjoy a sea vacation after interning, so it was an accommodation I urgently grabbed, but I was so healed and I was very satisfied! ☺️ Choco also loved Gyewon Stay,👍🏽 especially the yard! Also, I was hungry from the day before, so the checkout time was a little late in the morning, but I was really grateful for your understanding. There was an ocean right in front, but I couldn't stay close because the waves were overflowing due to the typhoon. In July and August, they said they don't provide firewood separately, so if you're visiting in the summer, there's a😊😊 Hanaro Mart and a convenience store 5-7 minutes away by car!

There is a beach within a 3-minute walk. You can fish and play in the water. The surroundings are quiet and cozy. The owner is friendly and nice. The kids want to come often. There's a rooftop, and the atmosphere is really nice.

I made good memories comfortably and cozily over the weekend. There was a large yard, so our dog had enough room to run around. They provided good charcoal for the barbecue for free. The best part was the rabbits and cats in the pension. I don't think you can experience touching and holding a baby rabbit anywhere else. The friendly kittens gave us happiness throughout our stay. They say they're installing a pool in the summer, so I'd like to come back when it gets hot.

There were plenty of blankets, and they were clean, and the water pressure was good, and the living room was spacious. ^^ It was a shame that the valley was a bit dry, but the location felt like it was in the mountains, and there was a separate barbecue area, so there was no smell, and we were able to hang out until late!

A total of 5 families and 14 people stayed for 1 night and 2 days on a trip to my father's mother's eight-soon trip. There was plenty of space for 14 people to play and stay, especially the pool table, ping pong table, and karaoke equipment in the basement were enough for all families to enjoy. It's a pity that I couldn't use the valley because it was a winter visit. I thought it would be great to visit in the summer. It's a little far from Seoul, but it'll be a good family trip option for those in the Gyeongsang area. Thank you, boss.

I visited as a family vacation accommodation. The facilities were so clean, and the disposable items, including disposable toothbrushes, were all generous, so I used them comfortably. If I come to Gyeongju again, this is the accommodation I want to stay at. Highly recommended as a family trip accommodation!!

I used it for one day during my business trip. It was a comfortable home away from home. The renovated old house feels very nice.

My family and I rested well for my mother's birthday. There was a large yard, so it was good for the kids to run around, and the supplies were carefully equipped. Apart from one bathroom, it was a very satisfactory accommodation.

I went on a family trip, and I rested well ~ The heated pool was also nice to play with an adult. There was both a bed room and an ondol room, so it was nice to sleep. The host couple welcomed me kindly, so I stayed without any inconvenience. I want to go back when it's a good😀 day ~

There was a good place to stay in the location I was looking for I had a good stay:) It was nice because it was tidy It's a shame I couldn't enjoy the outdoor garden because it was raining I will definitely visit again next time!!!
