Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ulsan

Such a beautiful and relaxing place in BUSAN. Strongly recommend this accommodation! The host is so friendly and responsible. The beautiful view and the comfortable environment made us felt so relaxed and there’s lot of cafe near the accommodation which is really convenient for us. I would choose this acclimation again if I go to BUSAN again:)

사진과 똑같은 전망이고 번잡스러운 광안리 중심부와 살짝 떨어져있어서 조용하고 좋았습니다. 바로 근처에 회센터도 있고 유명한 맛집들 도보거리라 좋고요. 신축이라 모든 시설도 깔끔했는데 수압이 조금 약한 편이고 구비되어있던 휴지가 너무 거칠어서 그건 좀 아쉽습니다. 갱지인줄 알았어요...그리고 소파커버가 밝은색이라 그런지 오염도가 좀 심해보였어요. 침구는 깨끗한 편이라 조용히 잘 쉬다왔습니다.

This place was beautiful calm that you can work and rest with local vibe. Very spacious and clean. Host couple were so kind & considerate that brought big computer desk , kitchen tool & easy cleaning machines... Really convinient like your home. Highly recommend - great location if you’re visiting Busan. Lots to do nearby, and very easy to get around. Eunkyoung’s place was pristine, modern, and exactly as pictured.

25.04.18-19 금, 토에 13인으로 1박 방문했습니다. 이불 베개 모두 충분하고 13인이 써도 널널할 정도로 컸습니다. 노래방 기계랑 독채인 점도 만족스러웠구요. 재방문 의사 있습니다!

This is a very great find for Ulsan. It’s right along a river greenway and located near restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is also 2 bedrooms which came as a nice surprise. All in all, a great little place to stay.

여자친구와 기념일이라 잡은 숙소인데 울산에서 흔히 볼 수 없는 좋은분위기의 숙소에다가 세면도구부터 깔끔하게 정리된 수건과 식기류들도 엄청 좋았습니다! 그리구 호스트님도 엄청 친절하시구요!담에 기회되면 또 이용할 거 같은 아주 좋은 숙소였어요!

와이프 고향이 울산이라 자주 가는데 이번엔 이 숙소를 와이프가 예약하더라고요. 저는 한번 데인게 있어 에어비앤비에 대한 신뢰가 바닥이라 계속 펜션만 고집했는데 바닷가도 도보로 갈 수 있고 가격도 착하다며 설득해서 속는 셈 치고 예약하게 됐습니다. 그런데 이게 웬걸요? 사진과 한 치의 오차도 없이 똑같고, 오히려 실물이 훨씬 더 매력적이었습니다!!!! 숙소에 들어가자마자 와이프와 아이들이 소리를 지를 정도로 너무 예쁘고 아늑했어요. 정말 대박이라는 말이 딱 어울리는 곳이었습니다. 있을 건 다 있고 완벽했어요. 테라스도 엄청 넓어서 밖에서 식사도 하고 커피도 한 잔 했네요. 바람이 시원해서 에어컨이 필요 없을 정도였습니다. 바다에 가서 아이들과 고동도 잡고 산책도 하며 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다음 날 저녁에도 다시 가봤는데 낮과는 또 다른 분위기가 정말 좋더라고요. 저희는 울산에 자주 오는데 앞으로도 종종 들를 생각입니다. 왠지 한 달에 한 번은 올 것 같은 느낌이에요 ^^ 이렇게 좋은 숙소를 착한 가격에 이용할 수 있게 해주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 하하, 이 가격에 얼음 정수기도 있습니다 ㅠㅠ 완전 감동이에요. 화장실도 2개 다 이용할 수 있고 저희 아이들은 계속 여기서 살고 싶다고 할 정도였어요 ^^;; 다음에 저희집 인테리어할 땐 여기 숙소처럼 꾸미고 싶어서 사진도 많이 찍어갑니다 ^^;; 소스를 소분하지 않고 본체 그대로 두셔서 유통기한도 바로 확인할 수 있고 위생적으로도 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 청결도는 말할 것도 없이 최고였고 이불도 매일 세탁하신다고 하셔서 확인해보니 정말 뽀송뽀송하고 감촉이 너무 좋았어요. 수건도 마찬가지예요. 일반 펜션에서는 수건이 뻣뻣하거나 까슬한 경우가 많은데 여긴 호텔 수건처럼 부들부들하고 넉넉하게 준비되어 있어서 너무 감사했어요. 드라이기도 두 개나 있어서 아이들이 서로 말려달라고 싸울 일도 없었습니다 ㅎㅎ 호스트님~저 자주 올게요~ 다음에도 꼭 착한 가격 부탁드려요!~!!저 꼭 기억해주세요 ^^

10명에 반려견을 수용할 일반 펜션이나 숙소는 다 구축에 대학교 MT 스타일 숙소 뿐이라 마음에 드는 곳밖에 없었는데 에어비앤비에 한적한 시골마을에 멋진 전원주택이 있어 이용하였는데 아주 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 에어비앤비는 10년 전에 유럽여행에서 사용하고 국내에선 처음 이용이었는데 그때 최고 별점 숙소와 비슷한 느낌이 들었을 정도로 아주 만족하였습니다.

어머니랑 울산 여행 다녀왔는데, 정말 너무너무 만족스러웠어요. 숙소는 말 그대로 완벽했어요. 먼저 청결도는 진짜 만점! 바닥도 깨끗하고, 침구도 보송보송하고, 화장실이며 주방까지 전부 너무 깔끔해서 기분이 절로 좋아졌어요. 숙소에 들어가는 순간부터 “아, 여기 잘 잡았다”는 말이 절로 나왔어요. 호스트님도 엄청 친절하셔서 체크인부터 끝까지 세심하게 챙겨주셨고, 근처 현지인 추천 횟집도 알려주셨는데…저희 둘 다 “이건 인생맛집이다” 외치면서 먹었어요ㅎㅎ 숙소 위치도 최고였어요. 차로 조금만 가면 바로 대왕암공원이 나오는데, 거기 진짜 너무 예뻐요. 시원한 소나무 숲길 걷다 보면 바다가 딱 펼쳐지고, 그 위에 우뚝 솟은 바위들이랑 함께 있는 출렁다리는 꼭 걸어봐야 해요. 흔들릴 때마다 짜릿하면서도, 밑에 보이는 바다가 너무 멋져서 눈을 뗄 수가 없었어요. 사진보다 훨씬 예쁜 풍경이 기다리고 있었어요 🌊 슬도도 다녀왔는데, 등대랑 어우러진 풍경이 진짜 감성 그 자체예요. 바다를 따라 걸었고 어머니도 너무 좋아하셨어요. 게다가 일산해수욕장도 숙소랑 가까워서 여름에 또 오면 해수욕도 하고, 근처 산책도 하고, 정말 여름휴가로 딱일 것 같아요! 다음에 휴가 때 다시 꼭 오고 싶어요 ☀️ 자연 속에서 힐링하면서, 깔끔하고 아늑한 숙소에서 쉬고, 맛있는 음식까지… 완벽한 울산 여행이었어요. 어머니랑의 소중한 추억을 만들어준 숙소, 진심으로 추천합니다 💙

조용히 단독으로 쉬기는 최고인 곳입니다. 다만 진입로가 협소해서 야간이나 대형차량은 조심하셔야 합니다. 대체로 깨끗했지만 화장실은 조금 노후됐어요.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The interior design was fantastic, and the relaxing spaces on every balcony were simply amazing. The cleanliness was on par with, or even better than, a 5-star hotel. We were a group of nine people, including adults and children, and the space was more than enough. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. The host’s communication was excellent as well, and the location was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

후기가 늦었네요 각설하고 일행분들 모두가 좋아하셔서 뿌듯 했습니다. 단체숙소로는 그만이네요 특히 뷰가 멋집니다.서울에서 오신분들은 테라스만 쳐다보시고 가셨어요 그리고, 호실도 1층 테라스가 있는 곳으로 바꿔주신 호스트님의 배려에 정말 감사드립니다.

overall, the place was great! just noted that if you're here for the main/tourist part of Busan, places would be around 1-1.5 hours of public transport away. But with the bus stops nearby, everything was still quite accessible. would get the place if you want a more local neighbourhood experience as there are still a lot of restaurants and markets to explore within the area.

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

Amazing location with wonderful breach views, close to the food market, convenience stores and attractions for a family vacation with 2 kids. Rosie is a great host who provided great recommendations and was very prompt in answering all our questions and any issues we had.

위치가 시장과 가까워서 좋았어요. 숙소앞 주차장은 이용 불가능해서 인근 주차장 이용했는데 도보로 가까워서 큰불편함은 없었어요. 샤워기 온도조절과 수압이 약해서 불편하거 빼고는 편안하게 이용했어요:)
