As an amenity, it is 3 minutes by car from Ganghyeon Hanaro Mart main store, 2 minutes from Naksan store, and 10 minutes by car from Sokcho downtown in downtown Yangyang. You can experience a fingertips at Yangyang surf spots such as Mulch and Seorak Beach. After a sea trip, you can relax in a quiet pine forest cottage and see the stars you couldn't normally see. The National Baekdu Daegan Arboretum is a 1-minute walk away, and there is plenty of parking space, so it's great for outings. Electric vehicle charging is also possible at the Arboretum parking lot.
