He speaks Korean, so there was no problem communicating, and he contacted us first and was friendly. The house is also tidy and well cleaned. The warm water also came out well, so I was able to relieve my fatigue well on the last day of my trip and come back. There was nothing to say about the value for the money, and there were no inconveniences.

We had a great stay at Enkhe’s; the apartment is clean and spacious, the location is central and easy to find and Enkhe was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived late due to a bus delay. Would 100% stay here again, thanks a lot ☺️

This a great place to stay, a super-competitive price too, and walking distance to everything central. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay: the internet was fast, a full kitchen to cook (if you want, I didn't do much beyond breakfast and re-heating some leftovers) and a comfortable lounge to relax. In the bathroom the water is super hot and there's a washing machine (I didn't need it), however there is sometimes a less-than-ideal smell in the bathroom - this is to do with how the apartment block is plumbed, and not something that can be fixed by individual apartment owners.

Great host! Very responsive and nice. The place itself is great for those who are on a bit of a budget. The location is also very accessible to different parts of the town, 20 minutes of walk will get you to the city center and very close to bars or food places that are open till late.

Staying at Dayar's place was perfect - peaceful neighborhood, close located mall, amazing view from the windows! Even there was some troubles with locked door by my fault so Dayar responded and managed it incredibly fast👍Gonna suggest this place to each my friends visiting Ulaanbaatar

The exterior of the building is old, but the interior is tidy and the cleaning condition is good. And it's very spacious for two people, so you can stay comfortably. The location is near the square, so within a 15-minute walk, it's all within a 15-minute walk. And the host responded kindly However, it was a little uncomfortable that I had to carry the key, not the door lock. All in all, it's a good place to stay before and after the tour.
