This is a private pension/stone house stay "Otium" in the seaside village in front of Sehwa Beach in the east of Jeju. The village is beautiful enough to pass through Olle 21, and Sehwa Beach is within a 10-minute walk, so it's good to enjoy the sea (5 minutes walk to the sea/coastal road). It is a modernly remodeled farmhouse (30 pyeong) of a Jeju stone house in a large land of 134 pyeong (443m ²). You will use the main house with a bedroom/living room/bathroom, and the outside house, an independent cafe space for those staying only, and the large lawn and garden. ※ All bedrooms are absolutely not allowed to move bedrooms and beds. ※ Additional bedding for a fee (futon set: 30,000 singles, 50,000 queens) = > Extra bedding is available in the living room => In the bedroom, only the bottom of the bed can be used, and only a single-sized bed can be fully used, so please pay special attention if you are a guest with infants or toddlers! ※ Free baby formula container, baby crib, baby chair, and baby bath ※ Only powder seasoning (sugar, salt, pepper) is provided for hygiene and quality control ※ Electric rice cooker X ※ Cesco Members (Integrated Pest Control) (Be sure to read the details below and the house rules and refund rules)

We are located near the clear and pretty Sehwa Beach in the eastern part of Jeju It's nearby. It's great to travel to the eastern part of Jeju. Udo, Seongsan, Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, etc. There is a cafe in front of the breakfast area. Please respect the etiquette of the central courtyard and cafe. From the cafe to the courtyard, there is a large dog sledding mascot, so if you are uncomfortable with large dogs and want your own space, please find another place. We don't have kitchen utensils in all private houses, so we can't cook, and there's a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle, so only packaged food or simple snacks are available. Please be careful not to make loud noise after 11pm as it is located in a quiet rural village. Bus No. 201 from Jeju City to Seogwipo City is a 3-minute walk, and the convenience store is a 5-minute walk. The Haenyeo Museum and the beautiful Sehwa Beach are less than 10 minutes on foot, and if you take the express bus No. 101 from the airport, it is less than 10 minutes on foot from Sehwa Station, and pick-up is possible when contacting us. By car, you can reach Gimnyeong-eup and Seongsan-eup in 10 minutes, and Udo Port and Jeju Dong-Oreum are also nearby.

It is located in the east end of 'Hadori', and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Eupnae (city) has to go 10 minutes by car, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak and Udo are 15 minutes away by car. Schidam is located in a quiet rural neighborhood. So you can see the rape flower and the sea sunrise from the living room and Hallasan on the other side. cu is a 5-minute drive and a grocery store is 10 minutes away. ●2nd floor - 1 bed room (K-bed), 1 bathroom (bidet), outdoor terrace and jacuzzi 1st ● floor-2 bed rooms (each Q-size) 1 Bathroom (Bidet) Futon and blankets are provided according to the number of people.
