I was very well received and the place was excellent, very true to the listing.

Modern, safe and accessible location. Clean, well furnished and quiet. It is worth the amount charged. I was able to check in early, thanks to the host's kindness. The doors with electronic lock confer security and practicality. Just pay attention to those who want to make food every day, only has a flame of a stove and a pot. Which for me was not a problem.

My stay went well and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a stay in Uberlândia. I appreciate the host's understanding. The location is excellent.

Friendly and helpful hosts. A good environment, with a little noise of the work being made on the ground next door. Very beautiful decor, also well equipped apartment.

Daniela was an absolutely lovely host, very responsive and accomodating. I loved staying in her home which was clean, organized and very charming. An absolute gem of a home. I highly recommend a stay!

Great location, safe place, inside a condo with 24hrs gatehouse. Good bar options nearby. We were greeted with pampering and found the space very pleasant! I would come back other times for sure.

The stay went well and within the expected. My suggestions are: make more glasses available and think of a louver with better light block.

It was the first time I stayed with Lais, I loved the place.. super quiet, the highlight was the very comfortable bed and the bedding was very, very fragrant.. I hope to always come back.. I highly recommend it.. very quiet place.. and everything is complete...

Very nice room, as in the photos and description. The building is very new and the common accommodations are very good. The gym is good for those who like to work out and the pool is very clean too. I would host again without a doubt.

I really enjoyed staying at ActualHouse, the apartment is an ok size for two people, everything very clean, organized the very smelly bedding and the location is excellent, in a good neighborhood and close to one of the main avenues of the city. The only detail I noticed is that there are no utensils for cooking/making coffee, but it was not a hindrance. When I return to Uberlândia, I will stay again.
