I highly recommend it. The place is spectacular, perfect beds and mattresses, well-equipped swimming pool, kitchen and well-equipped house. The river is the worst in front of the house a separate spectacle.

Impeccable place, good location, my car was not in the garage (my choice) and the place is super quiet and safe, it is extremely clean and the host is very helpful. We will definitely come back more often and we will have time to enjoy the barbecue area, which is beautiful!

Our stay was excellent, the house is faithful to the listing and we felt at home, everything was impeccable, clean, complete, comfortable. Near the house there is everything, supermarkets, pharmacy, the location is great for all the places we need to go. Agile and easy communication with the host, we needed to stay longer due to work and we resolved it calmly; the power went out on our first day and it was resolved very quickly. There are two houses in the same space with a shared entrance, everything is very quiet, we had an inconvenience only on Sunday with the resident of the house next door and we communicated with the owner Sônia. The garage is very tight, but we left the car on the street, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend it for sure, you can rent without fear! Returning to Rio Preto, we will stay in the same house for sure!
