Located close to the stream with private access from the private area to the stream road, about a five-minute walk. A pleasant courtyard with a seating area and BBQ. The apartment has three bedrooms. Each room has an attached bathroom and toilet. A well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room as a common space where you can sleep. The apartment is on the second floor, but offers a pleasant, shaded and illuminated courtyard with a seating area where you can dine and enjoy nature. A renovated and pleasant house on the outskirts of Kibbutz Amir, two bedrooms, a living room, and a narrow balcony (a pergola coming soon... I will update). There is a security room that is not of standard size, and there is a shelter nearby, about a half-minute walk from the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen, about a 3-minute walk from the Yarden Promenade, and close to all the northern attractions... Free entrance to the beautiful kibbutz pool. It is not possible to light a barbecue in the yard. The kibbutz has a cafe, a restaurant, falafel/sabich and more, a playground, and a bakery. Independent check-in.
