The place was beautiful and very clean. The support staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time. There was a generous amount of bedding for in case we were cold and a generous supply of firewood to keep the living room cozy.

If you’re looking for peace, fresh air, views and silence that make you hear your own brain reboot, Jacobus’s place is it. Yes, the road in is a bit of an adventure - but if it hasn't been raining I reckon you can do it in any Avis car. Nevertheless, Jacobus gives crystal-clear directions. Even I didn’t get lost! The house is pure magic: cozy fireplace, wifi good enough to take a Zoom call, and nature so beautiful you’ll consider throwing your laptop into the forest. I booked for a few days, stayed for 10, and only left because someone else beat me to it. Already planning my return!

Boschoek Farm House

Although we took the wrong way towards the farm, we arrived at Boschoek. The new description of the route on AirBnB is the correct one. The farm is overwhelmingly quiet. Susannah and Graham are the best hosts you can find. Proactive they give you advise. We had the opportunity to make a walk with them on the farm and they explained us everything of the life of an avocado which they grow for many many years now. They took us also to the packhouse downtown. Very interesting. We went to Heanertsburg and made a 2 hours walk around there. Very nice. On the way back one can find the blueberry farm and have a very nice cup of coffee. The house where we stayed is very nice. Perfect sleeping- and bathrooms. The veranda outside is lovely to stay during the evening. The view is spectaculair. The house you rent is close to their house but believe me, it is absolutely private! We have spent several nights at the farm and it was magnificent! An AirBnB spot as you can hardly find them!!

Featherbrook Cottage

What an amazing place!! We loved every moment. The house, the stoep, the boma and the deck were truly a treat. The area is so peaceful. We managed to do some spectacular birding from the deck and heard the laughing hippos. The Letaba river never disappoints. Featherbrook cottage is worth every penny. Thank you Mark, Fleur, Lumbi and Accra for your friendliness and hospitality. We loved every minute of our stay! We can’t wait to visit again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Driehoek Farm! The view is absolutely spectacular. The house is cozy and clean, the beds and bedding is very comfortable - all white linen. It was quite a rainy weekend so we spent hours chatting in front of the fireplace. Machél was a very responsive and friendly host!

This cottage is very private, beautiful and calm. we had a brief stay, however there was mist, light rain and was just magical. we watched monkeys jump from tree to tree, playing and cuddling with each other. we didn't get to try the outside shower, but we will next time. in front of the outside shower you facing a beautiful pond. A perfect retreat if you want to escape the outside world.

A wonderful and peaceful place, visited with my wife and kids for the swimming gala that took place around town. After my first bad experience with Airbnb I had promised my self that I would never book Airbnb again but this place completely changed my mind, the place is very clean, host very friendly and communicated effectively, the location is very peaceful, wonderful garden, friendly dog and cat. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet place in Tzaneen visit this wonderful place. Really enjoyed my stay.

Marion is a very friendly and helpful host. She has a very quirky place that features her very unique pottery. The room was very comfortable and the BnB is close to the centre of the little hamlet of Haenertsburg where interesting can be browsed around. There are also a number of good restaurants. We would recommend The Red Plate which offers a varied menu at very reasonable prices. Thank you Marion for a lovely stay. We will be back again in the near future. PS: The area offers beautiful scenery and many adventure activities.
