A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Specifically designed to suit couples with active interests who want a romantic retreat on their own, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is a true paradise! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!
