Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. This apartment in a villa has private entrance with a small porch where you can sit and rest. It is located 20 minutes from the center by bus and access to underground. During rush hours directly by bus to/from Central station. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Free parking very close the room. The room has one bed and one extra bed (sofabed). A very functional house with well planned 60m². Very bright and spacious feel with high ceiling and traditional yet modern Scandinavian design. This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Great for friends, couples or the outdoor adventurer with the forest and lakes just around the corner, a spectacular setting in the most beautiful area of Tyresö.

Boende vid härliga Tyresöreservatet. 100 meter till Långsjön där man kan ha en mysig picknick och se solen gå ner. Bada vid klippor. Vi har 2 kanoter som man får låna. Härlig natur men ändå nära till stan. Finns även cyklar att hyra för 50 kr/dag Ca 1 timma med bil från Arlanda . City ca 25 minuter. Det är ej tillåtet att ha fest eller vänner på besök. Åldersgräns är 25 år.

Bra som utgångspunkt för olika aktiviteter typ: vandring eller paddla kajak. Passar för ensamma eller par med eller utan barn, äventyrare eller affärsresenärer. Husdjur är välkomna.
