This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas nära havet. Norra Lagnö ligger endast 20 min bilresa från slussen och 5 min bilresa från Gustavsberg där du finner coop, systembolag etc. Observera att badrum och tvättmaskin finns 10 m bort i källarplanet till huvudbyggnaden (vilket hyresgästen har ensam tillgång till). SUP brädor ingår om man vill ge sig ut på vattnet, samt möjlighet att låna cyklar. Om du kommer med båt finns båtplats. Välkommen!
