This is my 1 bedroom option. fully equipped private condo located on the first floor of a historic 150 year old building. The 2 bedroom unit is located next door as I am trying to convert this building into a unique boutique hotel. Everything was designed and made by me. All the artwork is for sale. There is a unit upstairs, so you would here things common to an apartment complex, but aside from that this is a perfect couples retreat. There is a beach on Freeman lake that's a 5 min walk.

The studio uses a pump system for plumbing, which does make some noise but functions very well. The charming outdoor patio faces a historic barn built in the 1800s, providing a picturesque view.

This elegant basement facility falls into the category of a self-contained suite nested inside our main house. It has a luxury king-size mattress that sleeps two. It also features a sofa bed, extra furnishings along with WIFI, and a smart TV for streaming. An attached full bathroom has all the required supplies. The kitchenette also has all the amenities. You will find a thoughtful manual with all the information you need.
