Perfectly located in Maroochydore's CBD tucked away in between Duporth avenue and the Maroochy river you will find this quiet secluded 1-bedroom unit. 2-minute walk from ocean streets cafes/restaurants/clubs and 5 minutes to sunshine plaza shopping precent. Leave your car parked at the central oasis and go for a walk along the river to the beach. After seeing the sights relax and unwind in air-conditioned comfort, watch a movie on Foxtel or soak up the tranquility in your private courtyard.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various restaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

The rustic timber cottage hides a lovely white, bright room with king bed and attached bathroom. The cottage is nestled in tropical gardens, with a sunny front porch where breakfast can be enjoyed. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.
