Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

Great location for family/friends, short walking distance to the beautiful beaches the Southern end of the Gold Coast has to offer.Please note there are two small hills. Coolangatta has a variety of shopping options, restaurants and cafes. Children are welcome in our Home away from Home. The apartment is fully self contained with a large undercover balcony. This area is fenced and gaited making it a safe area for children. We have available for use free of charge a 9 foot beginners [foamy] Mal.

The bedsitter is equipped with a large wall hung smart TV, free wifi, netfix , a modern kitchenette and queen-sized bed. The large shopping centre with supermarkets is a short 300m walk from your front door.

Well appointed air-conditioned studio is 2 mins drive from the heart of Palm Beach, halfway between the beautiful Tallebudgera and Currumbin Creek. Approximately 10 mins walk to the beach. Well behaved small pet under 10kgs allowed. This property is good for solo travellers or couples with a sofa bed which is suitable for children under 10. A short ten minute walk through a park to stunning beaches and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on the glorious Gold Coast.
