It was exactly what I was looking for, a beautiful and cozy place where I could rest and relax close to nature. I was very well received and felt at home. I recommend and hope to come back more often.

Perfect location, clean and organized accommodation. Some essential utensils were missing for the kitchen, but everything went well. The house is practically on the edge of the beach, there is the restaurant on Oiti Beach which is in front of the house, perfect place as well. We went to 17 people, very safe, people slept on the nets without any problems. we plan to come back for sure.

Excellent stay, in a calm, quiet place with the possibility of preparing your own food. The place has everything for a good stay, I already want to go back. And not to mention that the couple offered to transport us to the bus station. Pampering 2 on the second day of the stay, a delicious coconut water was offered by José. 5⭐

Juliana is a unique host. Very attentive and polite, always on hand to attend. The accommodation is exactly like the photos, a spotless, cozy and very comfortable place. We were well received from the time of booking with the availability to answer all questions until the end of the stay. We felt at home. Wonderful experience.

My stay was simply perfect! Juliana, the host, was extremely attentive, helpful and always available for any need, making the experience even more special. I am from São Paulo and I chose this chalet to enjoy the Carnival, and it was the best decision possible. The space is cozy, well-equipped and very well located, a few steps from the beach, which made all the difference. In addition, the environment conveys a lot of tranquility, ideal for resting after the revelry. Without a doubt, I will come back more often and recommend to those looking for comfort, great hospitality and a privileged location!

Francisco's house is wonderful, a few steps from the beach and by car it is approximately 4 minutes from the center of Tutóia. Perfect stay! The house is wonderful, 2 very large rooms, better than the listing. Francisco and Niana, who welcomed us personally, are wonderful, they were always very attentive, helping us with what we needed. When we return to Tutoia, we want to stay in this space again. And the Tutoia region is blessed, many tours in contact with nature: rivers, dunes, beaches... Thank you Francisco and Niana for hosting us so well.

The stay was very good. The host is attentive and always willing to help, which made us feel comfortable and safe during the stay. We came mainly to practice kitesurfing and the location is perfect for that - you can go straight from the cabin to the water. The wind and sea conditions were great. The view around is beautiful, especially at the end of the day. The sunsets are really special. We recommend it for those who want to relax and practice kitesurfing. We will definitely be back!
