"Modrina" - a cozy homestead in thefoothillsof the Carpathians

A cozy wooden estate with its own territory in the village of V. A vacation home with a family or a small group of friends (4-6 people). The house has 2 floors: on the 2nd floor there is an attic with 1 bedroom with a double bed and a passage room with a double sofa and a desk, on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room, equipped with all necessary kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet) and an oven. On the territory: covered pavilion with barbecue oven, parking for 3 parking spaces and a pond. There is Wi-Fi.

Our love led us to the fact that we built such a beautiful house - it is in the forest, the untouched nature of the Carpathians, where you can meet a fox and a hare, and a deer! It is located 960 m above sea level in the Skole Beskydy conservation area. The air here is crystal clear. We will be happy to share all this with you, to meet you with kindness and love.

In each room: Wood-burning stove, large double bed, fridge, kettle, induction stove, boiler, shower, panoramic window and terrace with a view. Lviv region. 2.5 hours by car from Lviv, 2 hours from Uzhgorod. The price is for the whole house (2 double rooms).
