It has a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun, hot/cold air conditioning and good WIFI connection so you can enjoy your stay whether it is for leisure or work. It is a third floor without elevator, ideal to keep fit during the holidays :) and it is fully equipped: hairdryer, coffee maker, oven, iron, towels… Check in 24h.

We been at this amazing place . The Host David and Sebastián really good people. The only thing i couldnt make was the barbacoa but for the rest amazing place where to disconnect. Toilet is shared and there is indeed hot water. Thanks for everything and the breakfast.

A beautiful location with lots of peace in a beautiful area! The swimming pool is small, in the end I didn't go in. There is a steep driveway with the gate on the left (a safe feeling). You are a little further from Valencia, but parking the car in, for example, Bétera and taking the metro to Valencia is fine. Please note the metro times; the last metro runs in the evening! Recommended for Valencia: bike tour with Dutch guide. Much to discover in this city and a nice change with this relaxing stay!

Here's a review you can use or adapt for your stay on Airbnb: --- We had a really pleasant stay, we felt at home! The accommodation was cozy and well-kept, perfect for a family. The hosts were always available and attentive to our every need, really lovely and hospitable people. The location is excellent: in a quiet area but close to everything, just 5 minutes from Gulliver Park and the City of Science, so also ideal for those traveling with children. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

Felt at home at Maria's place! The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, a few minutes to public transportation (to both bus and tram), 2 minute walk to Mercadona market and lots of things to do nearby. Room and shared bathroom were impeccably clean. Maria is very friendly and was very helpful by giving me recommendations on what to do or how to get around. Maria and Lisa (the cat) will make you feel at home! I will definitely book her room again on my next trip to Valencia!

Eva is a warm and welcoming host! I mentioned that I’m in Valencia to learn some Spanish, and she was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to speak Spanish with me. The apartment is super sweet and has a unique, personal touch in its design. We also loved the neighborhood – it has a great vibe – and Eva gave us some good restaurant recommendations.
