Judith is a very friendly person, she is always ready to respond quickly to messages, the apartment is a very beautiful place, cozy, very well lit, very clean. It has a very nice kitchen, washing machine and area to hang clothes. Located in a very easy to access area, close to restaurants, areas and shopping malls. The outside view is very nice, I recommend it 100%. It's a wonderful place.

The place is very nice, a few minutes from Villa de Leiva on the mountain, the road in some sections is uncovered but passable, the environment is safe and quiet, the people are very friendly.

Excellent place, it comes with everything you need for a long stay, I recommend it.

Recommended for family rest. Excellent and comfortable place, prime location for getting around and doing outdoor activities. Mrs. Inés and her husband are excellent hosts, attentive to your requests.

Lida and David’s fairytale casa is filled with their loving attention and talent. Every room is its own art-space with a story to tell. The colorful furniture and cheerful décor uplift your spirits and give joy. It's absolutely magical!! The location is a short stroll from the center of action in Villa de Leyva, but is a world apart from noise and traffic. The home is in a residential area that overlooks a lovely park with fragrant flowers. Is safe and peaceful day/night. The home is beautifully designed, pristinely clean with comfy bed and hot showers. The host is a chef in his own restaurant (highly recommend) so has expertly equipped the kitchen with all cooking essentials that you could ever need or imagine. I particularly enjoyed having a big dining room table with excellent light for working and loved that the location is only a few minutes’ walk to a Pilates studio and amazing Saturday farmers market. I have so loved staying in this sweet casa, I would return again and again!!

Gina's apartment is fully equipped, the residential complex is quiet. We recommend that if you go with a vehicle, park it early, as the parking lot is communal. Gina responds quickly and is very attentive.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, bright and with a very pleasant atmosphere. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal boardwalk to walk and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. The apartment is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Spacious parking, a heated pool with a great view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was simply spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient and always willing to help. He responded very quickly to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️

We had a great time in the accommodation which is very clean, well-equipped and very close to the city center. Catalina was very responsive and did everything to facilitate our stay.
