Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Newly renovated 3rd floor apartment with balcony, sleeps 6, in Årsta, close to several nice restaurants, cafés and grocery store. There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk.
