Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

A 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurant and bottle shop and only 10 minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach's restaurants, surf club, cafes and bars.

You have access to all the resort facilities including heated pool, spa, sauna, BBQ area over looking the beach and full size tennis court. Or you can choose to make use of your own personal outdoor area and enjoy a sundowner on the patio area at night. The unit isn't suitable for children or infants.
