We felt very comfortable in the apartment right from the start. I was there with my daughter and we felt extremely safe. The house is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity is the U-Bahn [subway], you can quickly get to the main attractions. The hosts were straightforward, nice, always available and wrote back quickly. We can only recommend it. Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

This apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Rome. It was a great base for us and had everything we needed. Valentina was a lovely host, very responsive and also gave us some great recommendations in the area! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and central place to stay in Rome!

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay in these apartments. The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.

Carmela is a great host. Even with a late night inquiry, she came to welcome me in person, deliver the keys and explain everything! The private garage parking, exudes security, and the elevator to the apt made the move-in a breeze... Also The apt ws beautiful!!!!! Super Comfortable... I really appreciate her allowing me to enjoy her space.. Definitely returning the next time I am in town..

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

Great stay at Alessandro's, I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for independent access to the apartment were clear and easy. It feels safe because the apartment is in a closed and quiet residence. There is parking across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small peaceful oasis close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.
