Relax with all family or friends in this comfortable and cute apartment with one of the best and beautiful facilities on site, privileged location, in the main thoroughfare, close to supermarket, Farmatodo, restaurants and boats. NOTE. When making the reservation you must send me the guests' data to fill out the security form, you must cancel $5 per guest they will give you bracelets (this is strictly from the administration of the complex and you cancel it in the main office)

What makes this place special is that it makes you feel right at your beach home. WE HAVE ELECTRONIC BACKUP THROUGH BATTERIES WITH INVERTER. (only for the apartment) The residential complex does not have an electrical plant WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN CASH OR BSF, ONLY APP PAYMENT METHODS. (DO NOT INSIST) THE CONDOMINIUM CHARGES $10 PER PERSON FOR A BRACELET TO USE THE POOL AREAS (children from 3 years old pay) and is not included in the price of the reservation.
