It is a beautiful sunny secluded lifestyle home situated on a two acre block. Peace and quiet is assured. Relax in spa pool while taking in the views of the Wairoa River. It is a 5 minute walk to town center and supermarket. Open kitchen plan and cosy lounge with fireplace and air-conditioning. It has 3 bedrooms, Master bedroom has king size bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds. The bathroom has a rain shower with toilet, there is a separate second toilet.

Mountain bikers can find their amusement on the purpose built bike tracks. Great trout fishing in nearby rivers.

Enjoy rain water with ozone filter. The outside is all prepped for new paint. Currently with rustic appearance. The toilet is not in the bathroom in the house it is off the Laundry as per photo. It is a 3 metre walk under a covered verandah.

Semi-Rural but 2 minutes from town 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms and a Donga. ..oh don't forget the fold out queen couch. Sleeps 7 - 10 ( 7+ if you plan on cuddling up) 2 bedrooms with king beds 1 bedroom with king single 1 bedroom with queen and king single Donga with a double Family friendly - but it’s a byo situation for the baby equipment. Smoking, Vaping and Drinking all okay on the deck.
