We were grateful to stay in this gem! We were even allowed to check in earlier which made it so much easier for us all, because we were really tired of arriving. The place was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and super divided. The terrace is an absolute highlight and the size for Tokyo conditions is simply a dream. We were very happy to stay in a quiet sweet area while getting to the central places quickly. Thank you for the sweet welcome gifts and cold drinks. The host always inquired about us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back !! <3

The host has good taste, and there are lots of nice tableware and decorations in the room.Although the room is not large, it is fully functional, clean and tidy.The location of the house is very good, quiet in the middle of the bustle, and life is very convenient.The surrounding environment is also very good, and both stations are very close.The warmth and beauty of home.

Nishigori is an amazing host! This was our 3rd trip to Japan and Nishigoris place was our favorite. The directions to the Airbnb were precise and very helpful. Checking in to the airbnb was very easy to do and the location is in a such an amazing spot, with lots of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Nishigori gave us suggested areas to eat at in the local area and they were outstanding. We also asked very specigic questions about Japanese laws and Nishigori was very quick to respond with a helpful answer. If you are looking for an amazing spot to stay at, with an amazing host, then look no further. We will definitely be staying with Nishigori again in the future!

Great view of the Tokyo Bay for big groups. Ample space with everything you could need, including a station and konbini nearby. No drying machine is a bit of a shame, though. Everything met my expectations! Keiichi is a very friendly and responsive host.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Very well located, spacious, clean, quiet, on the 7th with elevator, transport 8 minutes walk, we recommend this listing and will come back if we have the opportunity to return to Tokyo.

Absolutely loved it here. We arrived early and had the chance to leave our luggage in the room while they were still cleaning. The area was perfect to explore Tokyo and the Harry Potter theme down the street was awesome. The entrance was directly left of restaurant. I’d definitely come here again.

We stayed at Compass Stay for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is extremely convenient—just a 3-minute walk to Roppongi Station, making it easy to access popular areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and more. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Comfortable accommodation that’s walking distance from most places in Gina. Tight if not sharing a bed though.

Great apartment, super comfy, great location. Tons of great restaurants in the area, easy to access various trains/subways. We loved it. Mas-san is a great host, was super helpful to everything we needed. The downsides: The trains are indeed loud although I got used to it and didn't bother me. The stairs up/down with luggage can be challenging.

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is extremely convenient, just a very short walk to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station which easily takes me to attractions in Tokyo. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host, 宅東, provided a very thoughtful and detailed guidebook in the apartment, clearly outlining transportation options and local tips—it was incredibly helpful during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable base in Tokyo with great access to the city!

Very good experience. Location is very good and convenient. 2 minutes walking to metro station and easy connect with everywhere. Room is clean and comfortable. Offer everything we need. Will come back for sure.

Great place!!! It was just the size and very comfortable to stay in🫶🏻🫶🏻 The bed was good❤️. It was quite comfortable to sleep. The point is that it is close to the station and you can walk there.

Amazing location. Near a wonderful gym that allows tattoos. The WiFi was blazing fast so it made working remotely a breeze. There was even a spare monitor with cables to hook my laptop too which was a nice touch. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Amazing! First accommodation of many in Asia and not disappointed!

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, overlooking Tokyo's Sky Tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host was very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.

If you’re looking for a quiet place in Shinjuku to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is your spot! My husband and I enjoyed the proximity of Shunki’s place to the Shin-Okubo station but also appreciated the tucked away feeling after a long day of walking through Tokyo. As are most rooms in Tokyo proper, it is small, but it worked for the two of us. We were able to navigate the space and still feel comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB! ありがとうございます for your hospitality!

Again we had a brilliant time at Akari san's apartment this year, Staying Akari san's place is one of highlight of our trip. The reason for this is not only the flat's location, size, layout and ease of use, I always feel at home. The rooms had been renovated and I could feel the story behind Akari's new design in many places. The linen textured walls and the kintsugi (gold-plated wood joinery) that connects the before and after renovation made it clear how much Akari cares about this room and the guests who stay here. The linen was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, every time she remembered that my daughter and I wanted to sleep in separate areas, and was thoughtful enough to set up a comfortable bed in the living room for us. The only drawback is that this room is too popular and it is difficult to book the expected number of days. This can't be helped, but we hope to be able to stay a little longer next year than we did this year.

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.
