The building, furniture, and appliances are all new and beautiful. It is a 3LDK. This house is perfect for families or multiple groups. It can accommodate up to 9 people. The accommodation is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is well located, 5 minutes on foot from Yamagoe Station on the Tozai Subway Line and 8 minutes on foot from JR Yamagoe Station, with good security. JR Yamashiro Station is one stop (5 minutes) from JR Kyoto Station. This area is home to many people, so there are many supermarkets, 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants, and bars, so you'll have no trouble finding things while traveling. The house is in a residential neighborhood, so it's very quiet at night, so you can enjoy a stay and experience as if you were living in Japan. You can access all of Kyoto's tourist attractions by public transportation such as trains and buses from the nearest station, JR Yamko Station and Yamko Subway Station. It is also easy to get to Kansai Airport, Osaka, Nara, Tokyo, and many other places. Right next to Nara Park, about 10 minutes on foot to Kintetsu Nara Station. It is also easy to take a quiet walk in the early morning or at dusk. Same price for up to 4 people.It can accommodate up to 9 people. The Japanese house, built in the Taisho period, is full of charm with its lattice windows, tea room, veranda, and courtyard. Please relax in the living room with a sunken kotatsu facing the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, pots, cooking utensils, etc. Please enjoy cooking together, watching the garden, and gathering around the sunken table for a hot pot! There are two toilets and two shower rooms. There are no facilities like a hotel, but we would appreciate it if you could have a nostalgic atmosphere and a relaxing time. There are only bedrooms, a total of 3 rooms (4 rooms if you divide the large Japanese-style room). We will prepare it according to the number of people. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple.
