Great apartment and building 🏢 Many space for staying and good pano view 🖼️ All things was working and clean ✅ Have little problem with check-in (code on entry building wasn’t working, but after call to Anuar all resolved) 🚪 Location is really good for Astana 🌆 Recommending host 🙂👍

В целом все понравилось. Жилье соответствует описанию. Расположение отличное но рядом пока стройка есть неудобства в связи с этим . Также следует обратить внимание на уборку перед заселением, показалось что квартира убрана наспех. Были вопросы по замене матраса , хозяйка решила быстро за это спасибо. Жилье стоит своих денег, буду рекомендовать

Fantastic apartment! It’s bright, clean, and well-designed with a great kitchen and comfortable layout. The location is super convenient, close to shops and public transit, and the building is quiet and secure. Management is friendly and responsive – I highly recommend it!

Очень чистая и уютная квартира, с очень красивым видом на Хан Шатыр. Удобное самостоятельное заселение,хозяин на связи 24/7. Нам очень понравилось

Квартира в центре столицы

L’appartement était exactement tel que décrit. Très propre et assez spacieux, avec l’équipement basique. Prévoir d’apporter bouteilles d’eau et mouchoirs, lessives etc… car non fourni. Le logement était un plan B de relogement, plus distant et plus dispendieux que prévu, mais Mira a été très réactive et transparente pour bien m’accueillir tard le soir. Merci pour l’accueil !

Снимали эту квартиру семьей и остались очень довольны! Все было чисто и уютно, сразу чувствуется забота о гостях. Г-жа Диляра всегда была на связи и всегда четко/детально все объясняла. Местоположение очень удобное, в квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Выражаем отдельную благодарность за внимание к деталям - полотенца, dental kit, все как в уютной гостинице! Обязательно вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям.

Люкс апартаменты в самом центре

Очень приятная квартира, как и сама хозяйка. Для удобства проживания в этой квартире есть все!!! Сколько снимала квартир в разных городах, но от этой квартиры у меня осталось только самое позитивное впечатление. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за ее гостеприимство.

Я рентовала эту квартиру для мамы (70 лет), когда она ехала получать американскую визу. Очень важно было, чтобы посольство было в пешей доступности. Квартира идеально подошла. Отдельно хочу отметить Ассель. Она сразу отвечала на все вопросы, и на прямую связалась с моей мамой, чтобы успокоить ее ( тк у мамы было много волнений по поводу поездки, заселения и тд). Ассель помогла скоординировать маму с водителем, который встречал ее в аэропорту. Большое спасибо, Ассель! Мама осталась очень довольна :)

Великолепно повели выходные в этом уютном коттедже. Чувствуется что все сделано с любовью и заботой! В жизни горазде лучше чем на фотографиях, остались только положительные эмоции! И в том числе от общения с хозяйкой, моей тезкой) Классно, что есть люди с широкой душой и относятся к проживающим действительно как к дорогим гостям! Предоставили нам кроватку и стульчик для малыша, мы даже не спрашивали, хозяева поинтересовались и любезно организовали удобную опцию. Гаухар затопила нам баню, настоящую, на дровах, это конечно было просто сверх наслаждение! Веники, аромомасла, травяной чай, просто весь комплект банщика! За пределами коттеджа есть детская игровая площадка, тренажеры, есть где погулять.

Отличная квартира в самом центре города, большая и просторная, отличный вид, все чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания. Эдуард отличный хозяин, чем мог помогал, подсказал куда можно сходить покушать, очень отзывчивый. Проживанием довольны, спасибо!!!

ЖК Коркем-3.

Квартира расположена в отличном районе рядом с ботаническим садом. Магазины и кафе в пешей доступности. В квартире чисто и уютно, имеется все необходимое. Хотелось бы отметить хозяйку квартиры Айсулу, очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный человек. Буду рада вернуться сюда ещё раз!
