This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Unser Hof liegt in Alleinlage malerisch inmitten von Feldern mit weitem Blick über leichte Hügel, die keine Langeweile aufkommen lassen. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Kraniche, Frösche und Grillen wechseln sich das Jahr über im Hintergrund ab. Wer zwischen April und September bei uns urlaubt, kann sich an den Flugkünsten der Rauchschwalben satt sehen. Rehe kommen schon mal bis in den Garten und erfreuen sich im Herbst an heruntergefallenen Äpfeln.

Kostenfreie Ruderbootnutzung in Rieth inklusive (Mai bis Oktober). Mitten im Naturpark „Am Stettiner Haff“ und am Rande des Naturschutzgebiets Ahlbecker Seegrund liegt unsere romantische Hofstelle aus den ersten Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts auf einem großen, umzäunten Grundstück. Der Hof besteht aus einem von Linden und Fichten umgebenen Haus mit gepflegtem, buchsbaumumsäumten Vorgarten und einer daran anschließenden reetgedeckten Scheune.

Oferujemy Państwu drewniany domek całoroczny(80m2) z trzema sypialniami znajdującymi się na piętrze. Na parterze znajduje się aneks kuchenny połączony z jadalnią i salonem, oraz łazienka z kabiną prysznicową i pomieszczenie gospodarcze. Na zewnątrz, do Państwa dyspozycji znajduje się taras z którego jest zejście do grilla. Dom znajduje się na działce 3000m2, na której można parkować samochody.

Die kleine Farm

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!

Beekeeper´s cottage

Far from the big city, our "beekeeper's cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here!

Bauwagen in der Uckermark

Unser liebevoll aufgebauter Bauwagen bietet den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Der Garten ist weitläufig und sehr, sehr grün, man hört Frösche und Kraniche, und abends sieht man die Fledermäuse. Grenz ist ruhig, unberührt und mitten in der Natur. Das Haus, in dem wir Küche, Bad und Esszimmer mit euch teilen, ist ca. 400 Meter vom Wagen entfernt. Dort gibt es auch WLAN.

Max 3 adults please. Children are welcome. The 1857 house located by Oder Neisse bicycle path and short drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake and the public, small beach, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility.
