Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

Absolutely amazing place and experience. Everything about the place was great and the communication and service was the best. We received 5 inches of snow on our last night and they even had the driveway all plowed for us first thing in the morning. That was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for a few months while we looked for a home to buy after a work move. Over these months Delia and the home were great. The house provided everything we needed, was well kept, and everything we needed was provided for us while our things were in storage. Delia was communicative throughout and helped us when we needed to stay longer. A great property with great views and a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandi’s place. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for couples and families. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big NYE dinner. And it was just a few mins from Chatham center and I90, while still quiet and isolated. Sandi was great at communicating with us and was very flexible about check in and check out times, which we appreciated. We had one toddler with us and there was also a pack and play and a high chair. We would stay here again!

The house was comfortable, clean, and close to downtown. The bedrooms were small and not too private, but as expected based on the description. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were well stocked with all of the items we needed, plus some thoughtful snacks and other items. Though not far from downtown Saratoga Springs, the location was a little strange in terms of being in a commercial area. The highlight was the host - we were there during a snowstorm and he was very responsive and accommodating to a change in our plans that resulted. He also made sure the driveway was plowed and the porch cleared, but thoughtfully had that done during the day rather than while we were sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place and found it to be among the better Airbnbs that we have stayed in.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful spot for our weekend get away! Perfect space for our family to relax and enjoy the area. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated well. We were in town to visit our son at RPI but wanted to try a different location and this one was awesome. We will be back and will plan to stay longer next time to enjoy the area even more.

Maryana and Scott were absolutely amazing hosts! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and shared so many great suggestions for things to do around Catskill. The house was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids had a blast in the game room, spending hours playing board games. The escape room game they set up was such a thoughtful activity. The goodies hidden inside the escape room box were another wonderful surprise. They even had a Polaroid camera, which my kids absolutely loved using to capture memories. They also left snacks and a s’mores kit for us, which was such a sweet touch. Making s’mores by campfire became one of our favorite activities! And after long days of hiking, soaking in the hot tub felt absolutely amazing. This was the first vacation where I didn’t have to stress about forgetting anything—the hosts had truly thought of every little detail we might need. If you’re looking to make beautiful memories, this is the place to be.

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

Loved staying here! It was super cozy and a lovely home away from home for the holidays. House is as described and very spacious. Fireplace makes it extra cozy when the weather got cold. Host was very proactive and responded to any question or issue almost immediately. We will definitely be staying here again!
