Newly built apartment on first floor with two bedrooms equipped with A/C, spacious living room with tv, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, whereas the ground floor is occupied by my family and I. The house is located 20mins drive to the Belle Mare public beach and 5mins walk to the pier, where you can take ferry boat to ile aux cerf(small island in the east coast famous for its beaches and water activities). This is not a luxury studio, it is an authentic and charming beach space where you feel connected to the beautiful nature of the east coast of Mauritius. It is ideal for a couple and includes a double bed, a kitchenette, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. It’s large front glass door gives you a direct view and access to the lagoon.

Notre appartement est en première position sur la plage de Roches Noires. Même si le quartier se développe Roches Noires reste une des plages les plus authentiques de Maurice. Vous pourrez profiter de la mer en toute tranquillité. Cependant vous trouverez dans un rayon de 1,5 à 2kms une épicerie, une boulangerie, un primeur et 4 ou 5 restaurants. Vous êtes entre Grand Baie et Flacq et vous pourrez vous y rendre rapidement en voiture.
