Vacation rentals with a patio in Tropicana

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly give five stars! The management team was excellent — friendly, responsive, and professional throughout. We’d especially like to thank Adam, who kindly and patiently showed us around the property and made sure we felt completely comfortable. The view from the house was truly spectacular, both day and night. Everything was well taken care of, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Place was described and as pictured. Place was clean, and was quiet enough with the windows closed even though it was by the highway. Would stay again.

Had a few nights stay in Bukit Bintang area in KL. Love that the residence is just right next to the famous Lalaport Mall with many dining options, supermarket and shopping. Location is walkable to Berjaya Times Square too. House is a small cosy studio that looks exact to the images posted, with kitchen, washing machine, everything you need. The condo has 2 swimming pool (level 3 garden view and level 35 infinity view is very beautiful especially at sunset) No self check-in, host will arrange to meet up to pass the house key/pass. When check-out just drop into the mailbox. GrabFood is very convenient and you have to collect downstairs on a table. Overall a good comfortable stay with the best location! Thank you!

El alojamiento está muy bien: preciosas vistas desde la plnta 31, bien ubicado en KL, un centro comercial muy grande con supermercado bueno en el edificio, 2 piscinas muy buenas. Las instrucciones son muy claras. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Me ha gustado todo pero resaltaria el buen equipo de Gary pues te informan de todo, se reunen contigo a la hora acordada, etc. Encantadores. sí quiero recordarles al equipo que deben solucionar el problema del atasco del inodoro, no es un gran inconveniente pero deben solucionarlo. Me volveria a alojar sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo 100%

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

Had a lovely stay at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — great for a relaxing trip. There was a slight smell from the toilet, but it wasn’t a major issue. With a little improvement there, the stay would be perfect. Still, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay!

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

Owner friendly and nicely

Our host was super warm, friendly, and welcoming. When the unit was ready, he texted me to let me know I could check in early as it was cleaned and ready. He was also flexible with the check out time, letting us check out an hour later even though he had guests coming in on the same day. Really really appreciate the early check in and late check out. My group had a comfortable and cozy time at the unit, it was clean and organised, enough space for the 9 of us. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again!

Booked for a work trip. Easy to check in. Especially love the retro game console, giving us a nice way to relax and bonding after work

Location was just minutes walk cutting through the university to Sunway pyramid and Sunway lagoon. The view from the balcony was Sunway lagoon itself. House was clean and comfortable. Kids bedroom had little bits of toys to entertain kids. Host provided some snacks in the kitchen as well. We had a nice stay here and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect and definitely had a great view . I especially enjoyed the music speaker! It was definitely a good addition to the room. On our last day, the place had an electric malfunction. We contacted the host and they replied within 15 minutes to address the issue. Within a few minutes, a maintenance staff came down to check the issues. Honestly we could have just ignored the issue and not have any lights but the host gave us a choice to change room without hesitation which we then proceeded to do. All and all i would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning myself. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Loved the place - great location, unit and host!

We celebrated my mother's 93rd birthday with this staycation in Kepong. We all had a wonderful time. Location: Perfect! Lots of delicious food in the surrounding streets. A lovely park nearby for walks. Close to Desa Park/Plaza Arkadia for more food and walks. One free parking. Great security with key card access Apartment and facilities: Well equipped and clean. Air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated during the hot season. Hot water shower was reliable and with good pressure. Extremely useful to have a functioning washing machine which we used few times as we are light packers. Kitchen was fully equipped - we did not cook but found the fridge and utensils useful. We enjoyed the pool and gym - clean and with good views of the surroundings. Host: Friendly, approachable and most welcoming. Clear instructions. Naomi kindly allowed me to check in slightly earlier and check out slightly later. We look forward to staying again at Naomi's when we are next back in KL.

From the start to the end of the stay, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The unit itself was as advertised - very cosy, has the local charm and amenities as expected.
