Aldo is a genius. He picked us up at the train station, which was 10 minutes from the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and he gave us a beautiful snack with wine. He was always very attentive and responded quickly to my concerns. It was a super necessary stay. I would come back without thinking.

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

I had an amazing stay in Ruggero thanks to Egidio and his family. His mother, Rosa is very friendly and always available for anything you need. The house is large and spotlessly clean with everything you need in the kitchen to easily prepare all your meals. The location is perfect if you like peace and quiet and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. There is a mini-market very close to the house, but you do need a car to get around and to travel easily to explore the beauty of Calabria. I really definitely return.

We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed in Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and flora are impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking lot on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Elvira is a friendly, helpful and accurate person in her communications. The house is cozy, functional, and well-equipped. The place is quiet and close to amenities.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Everything comes together for a great stay for families or groups of friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the nearby beaches are very beautiful, typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Second floor apartment without an elevator in an old house but tastefully renovated and very functional. Equipped with all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts and family. We had a very good time.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!
