Large studio 400 meters from the beach and the center and overlooking the bay of Terre-de-Haut... Colline Kaz is located high up which means that there is a height... For the view it is perfect but it imposes a slightly difficult walk for a few meters... (50 meters of climb). Note that there is a goods dock that generates noise at the time of loading and unloading... Our rate takes this inconvenience into account.

Accommodation as advertised with a great view and exceptional terrace. The location is ideal for visiting Basse-Terre without a long journey. In addition, a beach is accessible at the bottom of the residence and it is perfect for spending some time after a visit. There are also many choices of restaurants not far from the apartment (you can even get pizzas delivered). Great communication with Cc.

Very quiet location of the accommodation with a room that has everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful pool with fantastic views. Great location for many activities. Céline and Christophe were proactive, friendly, very helpful and gave many tips. The experience could only have been better if Céline and Christophe had been there in person. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend it. Only the public road to the property is in very poor condition with many large potholes that are difficult to see in the dark. This is a danger of driving scratches into the rental car!

We received a very friendly welcome from our host and spent two nights in this very pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. There is a very nice view of Les Saintes especially at sunrise. Just something to note for people who are sensitive to insect bites. We had to sift the lights to the maximum in the evening to avoid the tiny little black flies coming in because there are no screens on the windows. We can also bring a mosquito spiral because the accommodation is well ventilated.
