Ovaj jedinstven apartman nudi opuštanje na 175m2 površine, od čega je 60m2 unutarnji prostor, 90m2 je vrt s natkrivenom terasom i bazenom, te dva parking mjesta 25m2. Terasa i bazen su natkriveni, a cijeli prostor je ograđen visokom ogradom s ispunom za privatnost. U vrtu je dostupan roštilj, travnata površina za sunčanje i rekreaciju te vanjski tuš. Vrt i bazen koriste ekskluzivno samo gosti apartmana Unique. Uz stan na raspolaganju imate i dva parking mjesta. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane.

Apartman se nalazi na otoku Čiovu, grad Trogir. Udaljen 300m od plaže Mavarštica, Bočic plaža 550m, gradska plaža Copacabana nalazi se na 700m. Mirno okruženje. Komforan, nov i luksuzan apartman, svaka prostorija sadrži klima uređaj, dobro opremljenu kuhinju, tv ravnog ekrana, dnevni boravak s komfornim kaučom, sušilom za kosu i besplatnim kozmetičkim priborom. Objekat ima perlicu posuđa, hladnjak, pećnicu, kuhalo za vodu, aparat za kavu, toster. Sušilica se nalazi u prostoriji izvan kuće.

Dear guests, Welcome to the Villa Olive Garden. This is our third year of renting our Villa. Relax with the your family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Swimming pool and house are new. Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area.
