Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Trogir

We had a very pleasant stay at Martina’s house. The entire property was beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the bay. One of the highlights was definitely the large pool and the jacuzzi. A special feature is that there are three separate houses, two of which have fully equipped kitchens. This offers the benefit of having a private space to retreat to. We also want to emphasize how helpful Martina was whenever we had a question or issue. She was an amazing host and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne und erholsame Zeit in einer großartigen Unterkunft! Die Villa ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und war makellos rein. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Das vor allem, weil Tina eine der besten Gastgeberinnen ist, die wir je kennengelernt haben. Sie hat uns mit einer Aufmerksamkeit empfangen, um uns nach der Reise zu stärken und war für jede Frage sofort erreichbar. Diese Gastfreundschaft hat den Besuch noch einmal großartiger gemacht! Auch wenn das Wetter mal schlecht war, konnten wir in der Sauna und dem Jacuzzi richtig entspannen. Danke für alles!

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Hrvoje war ein super Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach. Trotz unserem späten Flug (Ankunft in Split erst um 21.00) konnten wir problemlos einchecken. Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön, der Pool ebenfalls. Wir konnten baden, grillen und zu Fuss zum Supermarkt. Auch das Wlan hat gut funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage hat uns Hrvoje sogar Kissen für die Liegestühle vorbeigebracht was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden immer wieder kommen 😃👍

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb von all dem Stadt Trubel am Rande eines Bergs. Kaffee stand schon beim Check-in bereit, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Man kann direkt los wandern und die schöne Aussicht und Natur genießen. Der Whirlpool und die Aussicht über Split war eines der größten Highlights. Split und die umliegenden Städte sind mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mirela lief einwandfrei wir haben einige sightseeing Tipps bekommen und auch sonst schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Wir würden hier auf jedenfall wieder hin kommen, danke für die tolle Zeit und diesen wunderschönen Ort.

We so much enjoyed our stay! Matea gave us excellent recommendations for our time in Trogir. The villa is situated near Trogir where we had wonderful meals and a nice boat tour that Matea suggested. We enjoyed the hot tub while looking at the nighttime lights and the pool was wonderfully warm during our October stay. Such a luxury treat with gourmet coffee, expensive toiletries, and top of the line kitchen appliances and tableware. We were so impressed with the details that make a vacation so special. Well Done!!!

We had a lovely stay with six adults and three children. Lot's of space, had everything we needed. Outside fireplace area was perfect for cooking and dining. Heated pool was a hit for the kids and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mirta and Vinko were great hosts, very responsive and helpful! The taxi servive was perfect for getting around every day.

lovely bedrooms and a pool! :) We had a great time staying at the Villa. Perfect for 9 people. We were 10 and one slept on the couch. Loved the games downstairs and the balcony. There was no cold water coming form the tap but otherwise everything was perfect.

In den beiden Apartments hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt im unteren Apartment sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat. Die Einrichtung entsprach exakt den Abbildungen. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Gerne wieder.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Man kommt als Gast und geht als Freund - etwa so kann man den Aufenthalt bei Andrey & Nives beschreiben. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in ihrem wunderbaren Haus und können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschliessen - sie sind sehr tolle Gastgeber mit Herz! Als wir ankamen, fanden wir keinen (wie sonst üblich) leeren Kühlschrank vor, stattdessen bekamen wir diverse Leckereien und auch der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem notwendigen - was will man mehr, nach einer längeren Reise :-) Ihre Tochter hatte uns sogar noch einen Kuchen gebacken der wirklich extrem lecker war - und auch sonst kamen wir im Verlauf der nächsten Tagen in den Genuss von kroatischem Essen und Gastfreundlichkeit. Mit 2 Teenagern war es toll, dass das Haus sehr gutes WLAN hatte und es sogar für den Aussenbereich noch ein separates WLAN gab! Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir auch Ende September noch draussen baden und auch der Whirlpool kann durch einen Schalter selbst beheizt werden. Empfehlenswert!!

We werden warm onthaald door de eigenaren van de woning. De winkels waren gesloten vanwege Pasen maar dit hebben ze vooraf gemeld en daarom hadden ze in overleg met ons al wat boodschappen gehaald. Alles was zeer schoon en de woning was van alle gemakken voorzien, er waren genoeg handdoeken (voor badkamer en zwembad), de keuken was zeer compleet. In de badkamers lagen zelfs tissues, wattenstaafjes, wattenschijfjes, handzeep enz. Op een avond hebben we zelfs dolfijnen kunnen zien vanaf onze tuin. Dank je wel Grgo en Biserka voor de fijne ervaring en misschien komen we nog een keer terug.

- sehr Freundliche Vermieterin die gleich nebenan wohnt - die Villa war mega schön und sehr sauber - es gibt viele spaßige und schöne Unternehmungen in der Nähe - wir wurden sogar von Diana und ihrem Mann einen Abend zum Essen eingeladen (was super lecker war) - alles in allem war der Urlaub und die Unterkunft großartig und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt Danke!

Nous avons passé un superbe voyage ! La maison est mieux en vrai qu’en photo, elle est propre et nous avons tout a disposition, 6 vélos, 2 trottinettes électriques, serviettes (toilette et piscine), papiers toilettes, lessive ect… Emil est un super hôte et nous a conseillé de nombreuses activités, mais aussi restaurant et boîte de nuit dans les alentours, nous avons même pu grâce à lui réservé une journée de bateau privée. Emil nous a aussi donner le contact de plusieurs taxi van qui on pu nous transporter à 15 quotidiennement pour un budget raisonnable. La piscine ainsi que le jacuzzi sont resté propre et entretenu toute la semaine et ceux malgré une grosse journée de pluie. À disposition à 5 minutes à pied vous avez des magasins de proximité « Tommy » ainsi qu’une petite pizzeria « fast good Gricko » parfait pour la semaine. Les chambres sont propre et équipé de rangement. Je vous recommande à 100% un séjour dans cette villa ! Vous y serez bien accueilli et installé confortablem
