The location is excellent, the condominium has easy access, the pool is very good, warm water, the view from the apartment is fantastic. Cost benefit is worth a lot.

The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

Great place! Furniture and appliances are of great quality. The grocery store and the building's gym are quite complete. The concierge staff are extremely polite, and the place, always clean and organized. In addition, there is a mall with several shops next to the building, which makes everything even more convenient

The apartment is EXACTLY like the pictures. Limpíssimo, with towels and smelling bed linens. Super functional, American kitchen with various appliances. The building is super new, safe, very beautiful. It has a swimming pool, a full gym and a market with 24-hour self-service. In front of the Flamboyant Mall, in a very beautiful and safe area of the city, you can walk peacefully on foot. I had a great experience, I highly recommend it!!
