The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

Excellent property. I highly recommend it. Marco and Eliza are very attentive, they always answered me quickly and with great patience for all my questions. The place is amazing, we were delighted with the cleanliness, organization and decoration of the place. The environment is identical to the published photos. The location then is not even spoken, perfect. Right in the center, near a Bretas, which made our life much easier. Check-in and check-out were easy to do and the whole stay was great. Thanks, Marco and Eliza. I definitely recommend and want to go back.

Ragily is an excellent person, easy to communicate with, objective, flexible, responds quickly, affordable price, we felt at home, wonderful accommodation, the apartment has everything we needed, on the outskirts there is a restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, everything very tasty and great prices.

Our stay was simply perfect!! The apartment is wonderful, the condominium is extraordinary! We went to the gym and heated pool every day! An incredible view of the city of Goiânia! Absolutely certain that if I need to choose a place to stay in Goiânia, it will be in this apartment! It exceeded our expectations!

The accommodation is as described. The whole town was neat and impeccable. The house is very large, bigger than I thought, everyone felt comfortable throughout the stay. The hostess was super attentive every time I needed it. I'd definitely come back more often.

Great house. We were in 21 people and we were super well accommodated. Very well structured house. Guilherme very attentive and always ready with all the requests we had. I recommend and if we go back to Goiânia for sure we already have the right place to stay.

Everything was great, the space is good, according to the photos. And the location is also really good. Leonardo was always responsive and was super nice.

I had a very nice three month stay at Leonardo's place. For me it was perfect due to it's close proximity to the city centre campus. I would say it's maybe not the best neighbourhood in goiania but still fine with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Leonardo was a good host with easy communication and I can recommend this place to any other travellers
