An intimate 30-meter cottage on a fenced-in plot. The open-plan cottage has a seating and bedroom area, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. The cottage is heated by a fireplace and air conditioning. A big advantage are cascading terraces from which the view overlooks the lake. There is a hot tub and a garden ball next to the house. In the garden, a children's area was separated by a playground, a trampoline, swings, and a slide. Distances: lakes - 50 meters, forest 100 meters.

Single-family house near the main district street and the bus stop, but located in a peaceful place (second row of houses). The entire floor of the house (60 m2), with an independent entrance through spiral stairs and a grass garden. Fully equipped: washer, dishwasher, TV with HBO. The center of Gdynia is 7 minutes by car. Orlowski Klif 10, 12 min by car. There are 2 rooms, 2 beds, a sofa bed 140x200 and a bed 140x200, the photo shows a smaller mattress but currently the bed is 140x200. Free parking. You are welcome :)
