Vacation rentals with lake access in Trevignano Romano

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Andrea war so lieb und hat uns abgeholt und unsere Koffer transportiert, weil wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat noch 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen und ist generell sehr hellhörig. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Pech und die Familie über uns war sehr laut, man hört jeden Schritt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine wundervoll Zeit.

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. La location ha rispettato appieno le nostre aspettative. Adattissimo per due coppie di amici e/o una famiglia in quanto gli spazi sono confortevoli e la presenza di due bagni con doccia (nuovissimi, come il resto della casa) facilità la convivenza. Consigliatissimo.

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Manuel was very kind, helpful and very responsive host, and the house was very clean and so beautiful with the view and everything. The house was just excellent and so is the host.

Luca was such a wonderful host! I came with an injured ankle and he was so helpful with getting me settled in. We had an amazing stay, the house is beautiful! We were searching for a place to decompress after two weeks of traveling throughout Italy. Lake Bracciano was perfect. Our initial Airbnb fell through, luckily Sofia was highly accommodating and we were able to book and enjoy the cute apartment within a couple of hours. The apartment is less than a block from the lake in the old town. It is quaint and compact. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Sofia provided coffee and breakfast items. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurants and gelato and traveled around the lake twice to enjoy the other towns and hiking trails. It is less than an hour's drive to the Rome Fiumicino airport.

Alcuni ospiti delle nostre nozze hanno alloggiato qui per evitare faticosi rientri a tarda notte. Sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti dalla sistemazione. Consigliata.

Giulio est un hôte très sympatrique et réactif, avec beaucoup d'humour! Le logement a été parfait pour ces quelques jours à Rome. Situé dans un quartier tranquille, calme, il est également très confortable et lumineux. Je m'y suis sentie très bien. Je garde l'adresse pour de prochain séjours! Encore merci pour tout!

bellissimo alloggio vista lago al centro del borgo antico. facile da raggiungere e propietari disponibili e attenti. Unica pecca la mancanza del sale grosso in cucina. Si sono fatti ampiamente perdonare con snack offerti. Consiglio vivamente.

We had a great stay . We comunicated very easy with Andrea. The house is very spacious, bright, located in a very quiet neighborhood. We find everything we needed inside.There is a wonderful park nearby. Also the congress center is very close. The metro station is a five-minute walk away. In 20 minutes you are in the center of Rome.

Questo è un posto magico ed estremamente romantico. Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage per tre notti ed è stato un weekend lungo meraviglioso. Ideale per coppie ma anche per famiglie dato che nei dintorni ci sono molti prati dove poter fare pic-nic o giocare coi bimbi. Roberto è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, molto probabilmente in futuro torneremo. Super raccomandato

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.
