The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. A peaceful place

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Nice and cozy Studio apartment with all the comforts, in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of the city. Well connected with the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and Termini railway station. The railway station "Tuscolana", with the trains from/to the airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci, is just ten minutes walk from the apartment.

An attic between the mountains and the river

My cozy attic is in the village of Civitella Roveto, very close to typical restaurants and nature parks, such as the Zompo lo Schippo Reserve. From the village you can reach the most important tourist and naturalistic destinations in Abruzzo thanks to the excellent location of the village that is surrounded by greenery but convenient to reach.

Our place is steps away from the main square, so you won't need to get around by car! On the ground floor you will have the kitchen and fireplace, with a spiral staircase you can access the upper floor where you will find a small bathroom and the double bedroom with the balcony.
