A brand new house, which was designed for family and friends gatherings!!! The house has 4 great en-suites, an integrated environment between a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside, a wonderful balcony runs the entire length of the house, with a beautiful view, and is integrated with the gourmet area. A wonderful heated infinity pool connected to the sauna. The property area has 2500 m², beautiful landscaping and plenty of space for outdoor activities.

A spacious living area features a large artistic wall decoration and a modern chandelier. Comfortable seating arrangements are positioned around a central coffee table. A television is mounted above a stone fireplace, with large windows allowing natural light to fill the room.

In addition, it is located 15 minutes from the heart of Itaipava. Our fireplace is ready to warm you up on cold days. We provide bed linens, bath towels and all necessary kitchen utensils.
