A nice brightly furnished basement apartment only 2 min. from the 401. Beautiful backyard on the Moira River. Minutes from the Quinte Mall, Liquor store, Walmart, and restaurants. 5 min. to downtown The suite includes a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, diningtable for 2, fridge/freezer, microwave, keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea kettle, convection oven, and toaster. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

It offers a king primary suite with ensuite, and a second bedroom with a twin/double bunk. Amenities include all kitchen necessities, and BBQ. Laundry access and unlimited wifi!

Our goal is to be sustainable on an acre & 1/2! We have 4 sheep 1 dog 2 cats and a bunch of chickens! The cabin is powered by solar enough for lights and cell phone charging.
