The Gateway-Getaway is only about three miles from Mount Desert Island (MDI) where you will find Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. You will stay in an efficiency apartment above our detached garage. Which is in a quiet location (although occasionally our dogs bark when outside). We have received many positive reviews and have hosted for seven summers; we proudly earned SuperHost status after our first season of hosting. Come enjoy a few days of solitude

Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Two bedroom second floor apartment. An easy 7 minute drive to Mount Desert Island, and 17 minute drive to Acadia National Park’s, Hulls Cove visitor center, 22 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. In the other direction, an easy 10 minute drive to Ellsworth, 29 minutes to Newbury Neck Beach, 30 minutes to Blue Hill. The perfect place to return to get away from the crowds and unwind after a day of exploring. Monthly discount will only be accepted when requesting to book months November through May.

Our family owned glampground is just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a full bathroom, two comfy queen beds, a long bunk bed, outfitted kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. Keep life simple at this cozy, peaceful and private little "cottage in the woods" that feels more like an Inn with little surprises around every corner. Centrally-located to many attractions such as Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Whale Watching, Lobster Fishing tours. Less than 5 minutes from local Ellsworth restaurants, shops, gas stations and supermarkets. The sunroom is perfect for morning coffee, winding down with a glass of wine or curling up with a good book on the boat bed.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

The Farm By The Sea is a place to unwind and take in some nature. Private Beach. Kayakers dream. The Farm sits on 5 acres on the ocean in Trenton. A short drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. You may enjoy dipping your toes at the oceans edge or you may like to just watch the garden grow. The apartment is self sufficient with private bathroom and entrance. We would want you to know that we may be up early mornings along with the chickens so early risers would do best here.
