Dear applicants, our cottage is located in the recreational resort Zelená voda on the outskirts of Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. The cottage is about 150 meters from a lake with two beaches, where you can use tennis and volleyball courts, water bike rentals, buffets and other services. If you feel like it, there are also 2 restaurants about 50 meters from the cottage.

The cozy cottage is made up of Tuscan charm. It is set in a secluded setting overlooking a peaceful lake. Spacious patio with outdoor seating perfect for enjoying coffee and meals. The private pond is only accessible to guests, perfect for relaxing on the pier, crazy on the water dolphin or a picnic. Bathing at your own risk only. The Provençal kitchen is fully equipped with open shelves, wooden furniture and classic accessories. There is a huge functional furnace with outlets up to under the duvets.

V záhrade je paletové posedenie, kde si môžete oddýchnuť. Dom má kapacitu 6 lôžok a izby s výhľadom na jazero. Nachádza sa len 250 metrov od priehrady Nitrianske Rudno, čo je skvelé pre rodiny s deťmi a turistov. K dispozícii sú hojdačka, trampolína, ohnisko, detský domček a futbalová bránka. Hostia si môžu vychutnať čerstvú zeleninu z našej záhrady.
